Arrival & Meeting Point
- Domestic: Exit Gate 3 after luggage claim.
- International: Exit Gate 3 after luggage claim.
- Look for our driver holding a sign with your name.
Booking Terms
- Driver waits up to 1 hour after your scheduled arrival (STA).
- Please notify us at least 1 hour before STA if your flight is delayed.
- No refunds or rescheduling for “No-Shows” without prior notice.
- If no email within 12 hours, check your Spam or contact kot.phukettour@gmail.com.
Baby & Child Safety Seats
- Rate: 200 THB / seat / trip.
- Payment: Pay in cash directly to the driver.
- Please request in advance to ensure the correct seat size.
Pricing & Surcharges
- Included: Vehicle, driver, fuel, and tax.
- Payment: Full payment required to secure booking.
- Night Surcharge: +200 THB (Cash to driver) for trips between 10:00 PM – 5:59 AM.
