Important Notes

• Child tickets apply to children 101–140 cm (3’3”–4’7”) in height.
• Children under 100 cm (3’3”) enter free of charge, but no theater seat will be provided.
• Guests are advised to arrive at the theater at least 20 minutes before show time.
• Cameras are not permitted inside the theater.
• Phuket FantaSea Cultural Theme Park is open on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
• For private transfer requests, please leave a note in the comment box or contact us for a quote.
  ▸ Extra transfer charges are payable in cash on the tour day, depending on the area.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Only fully paid bookings will receive a confirmation and ticket voucher via email, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger.
• Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience start time are non-refundable.
