Itinerary :
- Pick-up from your hotel in Phuket.
- Arrive at Hanuman World welcome center for information and safety instructions.
- Receive your free bandana, helmet and equipment.
- Enjoy the activity in the jungle including water break.
- Return back to the welcome center.
- Transfer back to your hotel.

- Wear light T-Shirt (also bring additional T-Shirt for change).
- Wear light pants (sweat pants, harem, short pants, sport pants), avoid to wear short skirt.
- Wear sneakers or sport shoes, do not wear flip flop or high heels.

- Free Transfer : Naiharn, Chalong, Rawai, Phuket Town, Panwa, Kata, Karon, Patong, and Tritrang.
- Outside service areas: THB 500 Per Person will apply if transfers from : Kamala, Surin, Bangtao, Layan, Naiyang, Naithon, Maikhao, Ao Por, and Airport.
- Outside service areas: THB 1500 Per 8 Person Per Van will apply if transfers from Kamala, Surin, Bangtao, Layan, Naiyang, Naithon, Maikhao, Ao Por, and Airport.
- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible.
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time.
- Pick up time take 40-45 minutes from your hotel before your selected activity round.
- NON-Player to join, just pay for transfer: 300 baht / person (round trip).

- Our price is the same for Adult and Children / Minimum Age: 4 Years Old / Maximum Age: 70 Years Old / Maximum Weight: 120 kg / 264 lbs.
- This activity operate daily at 8AM, 10AM, 1PM & 3PM.
- FREE Meal / Set Lunch Menu. Vegetarian Menu is available upon request.
- No show on the pick-up time and no notification in advance will be resulting no refund can be given in any case.
- Changing the Play Date or Play Time will be charged 300 baht/person on a pick-up zone and 500 baht/person if out of transfer zone area.
- In case of unintentional cancellation such as accident, fever, the guest needs to providing a medical certificate or related document to get the refund of the purchase.
- Booking Cancellations that be made less than 24 hours before departure trip or NO SHOW ! customer on departure trip date, 100% of your total amount will be charged.
- Only full paid bookings will receive a confirmation back with a ticket voucher to your email or WhatsApp or Facebook messenger.
